• Installs, maintains and repairs wiring systems, sets power and lighting boards and panels, connects motors and controls, installs fixtures and checks and tests electrical equipment before putting into service.
• Removes and installs electric motors, repairs and adjusts contactors and controllers.
• Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Revises existing systems and equipment to conform to verbal instructions, revised drawings and work orders.
• Salvages all material possible on assigned job; makes verbal or written reports to Supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered on job assignments.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of machineries and equipments such as air and water cooled chillers (CARRIER AQUASNAP Series), walk in freezers and chillers, hot boxes, industrial compressors, blenders and filling machines.
• Responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of the plant facilities such as electrical rooms, fire fighting and fire alarm system.
• Perform installation, bench and field calibration of process instrument such as temperature and pressure gauges, thermocouple and RTD temperature measuring sensors and transmitters, pressure and differential pressure switches and transmitters ( for flow measurement) with 4-20 ma signal (Rosemount and Honeywell models).
• Perform calibration and simulation of process loop using various instrument process calibrator such as Fluke 774 process calibrator and HART devices.
• Accomplishes and ensure the proper implementation and administration of the housekeeping standards in the plant.
• Leads teams of production workers in proper and safe execution of production procedures.
• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the following types of air conditioning units.
• Window type
• Free standing type
• Cassette type
• Ceiling concealed type
• Locates equipment or system failures and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements, and analyses. Determines nature of repairs or modifications to be made and replacement parts required.
• Performs skilled repair work and preventive maintenance on all types of large heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration units in major Industrial installations.
Performs required maintenance on assigned equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory operation of repaired or newly installed replacement equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, instrument and control problems. Determines nature of repairs or modifications to be made and parts required.
• Interface air handling units to thermostat, zoning panel and fire alarm system.
• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of walk in chillers and freezers.
• Installation of potable water system including pipes and fittings, mechanical and electrically actuated float switches, motor pumps and its controls.
• Installation and termination of ELV system such as lightings, power socket, emergency lights.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Generators ( PERKINS and CATERPILLAR ).
• Prepares, monitors, and updates Preventive Maintenance Programs and activities.
• Schedules Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Supervision on the installation of pipes, fittings, support and accessories for hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling system.
• Supervision of the maintenance of ventilation, air-conditioning and fire protection system of the plant.
• Accomplishes and ensure the proper implementation and administration of the housekeeping standards in the plant.
• Leads teams of production workers in proper and safe execution of production procedures.
• Conducts briefing and orientation of employees for the various operational procedures, safety and safekeeping standards.
• Evaluates subordinates performance in accordance to performance of duties and responsibilities.
• Prepares, monitors, and updates Preventive Maintenance Programs and activities.
• Schedules Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Oversees the proper, safe and timely completion of scheduled maintenance works.
• Endorses project completion to respective departments as per specified in the Job Orders.
• Ensures the quality of workmanship in the provision of maintenance services, minimizing re-works or damage to equipment.

• Filler Specialist Filling Machine
• Willet Printing Machine / Date Encoder
• Taiwan Benefit Sleever
Duties and Responsibilities
• Repair and troubleshoot of machines to avoid downtime hours and to ensure continuous production operation.
• Set-up equipment during engineering evaluation
• Performs jobs as required by immediate superior.
• Perform daily check-up on assigned machines.
• Responsible for the daily report with respect to the materials that are being used every day.
Assigned in Surface Mounting Technology (SMT). Engage in programming/troubleshooting/repairing/preventive maintenance of the following machines.
• Dek 248 and 265 Screen Printer
• SIEMENS HS50 CHIP MOUNTER
• FUJI CP - 642 CHIP MOUNTER
• YAMAHA YVL88 II/YV88 XG/YV100 XT/YV100 XG: IC Placer
• ERSA EWS 40 WAVE Solder
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform daily check-up on assigned machines
• Impart knowledge to operators the equipment operations; safety features procedures, proper care and housekeeping.
• Set-up equipment during engineering evaluation.
• Perform jobs as required by immediate superior.
• Repair and troubleshoot machines to avoid downtime hours to ensure continuous production operation.
• Performs qualification test of production machines as required.
• Supervising all preventive measures, modification and other maintenance activities concerning machines.
• Responsible for the generation and optimization of programs for all SMT machines.

Supervises the centralized purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment of the Districts Directs general office support services.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Purchase or contracts for supplies, services and equipment required by any using agency, within the limits of the current budget.
• Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.
• Keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing, prices, market condition and new products.
• Supervise the inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased to ensure conformance with specifications.
