• Act as point person for employees regarding HR-related inquiries; work to find answers and solutions to these inquiries/questions in a timely manner.
• Develop staffing plans with managers to Develop Employees, Manage Talent, and ensure Succession Planning and Coordinating with RPO's for Hiring needs.
• Accurately enter information and maintain human resources information for all employee changes, new hires, terminations and transfers.Preparing Consolidated Master data for all employees of Company.
• Create required queries for necessary reporting (e.g., turnover, compensation, employment status)
• Source candidates/recruit for any level of positions.
• Deal with general enquiries from staff, managers accurately and efficiently in line with HR principles.
• Follow up the residence visa validity for all employees.
• Ensure all Staff Inductions are completed including Onboarding, Residence Visa applications, and Emirates ID cards.
• Manage Exit Process of Leaving and Terminated Employees, Full & Final Settlement calculation and payment administration, Visa Cancellation, Medical and Life Insurance deletion. Handling Conflict & Disciplinary situations.
• Coordinate with accounting department in regard to finalizing the payroll and the transfer letters to the bank.
• Prepare all types of certificates, letters, and memo (such as Salary certificate, Employment certificate, and bank transfer etc.)
• Coordinate and follow - up the PRO’s daily task report and responsibilities to be done in a timely manner.
• Liaising with PR department to ensure all administrative work related to government and Legal aspects of employment such as Visa Renewals, Entry/Exit permits etc. is completed as required.
• Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary.
• Reporting Management regarding Employee performance & Efficiency, for taking various decisions.
• Maintaining High Level of Confidentiality related to HR Matters.
