- Evaluate, present and negotiate business opportunities.

-Visiting Clients continuously for promoting new items or offers.
-Liaise with all levels in the customer organization as required.
-Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target.
-Manage accurate and timely market information related to opportunities, competition, changing trends and feed it back to Sales Director.
-Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department.
-Placing Clients orders on the system on a daily basis.
- Follow up clients orders and account payments after sale.
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Work on store displays.
- Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
- Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
