PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
~Maintaining complete evaluation system of Supplier/Service Provider wrt quality, quantity, on time delivery and resource condition.
~Performing Material Resource Planning (MRP) for bulbs, vendorize items, and corrugated cartons.
~Also manage the distribution of orders within different vendors with respect to prices.
~Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for rejection, shortages of the parts.
~Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
~Prepare purchase orders and schedules in accordance with company policies and procedures.
~Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items to make sure that all items should be delivered on time.
~Select vendor and negotiate for the best rates.
~Manage inventory maximum and minimum levels.
~Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors.
~Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.
~Deal with the indenter or principal supplier for raw materials such as Polycarbonate (PC), PMMA (Acrylic), ABS, PP, Auto Bulbs from Stanley Thailand and G.E. Hungry.
~For negotiations also deals with the indenters.
~Deal in bank for opening of of LC.
Supervise Metalizing and Lacquer (Paint Shop)
~Analysis requirements of the Customers and plan for four months accordingly
~Developed semi finished product for Assembly department on daily basis.
~Schedule the labour shifts on weekly basis or bi-monthly basis.
~Maintain daily/monthly report of production .
~Production Plan on monthly basis.
~Supervise and assist store and warehouse (import) inventory.
~Manage the consumption of inventory for six months.
TAX MANAGEMENT
~E-filling of Tax Returns.
~Generate sales and sales tax invoices.
~Keeping sales return record from OEM’s
~Also handle a/c receivables.
PAYROLL
~Complete payroll on monthly basis.
~Maintain the attendance register on the daily basis.
~Keep the record of individual for gratuity and full and final settlement.
OTHERS
~side by side also deal with the market dealers for sales.
Responsibilities
Drafting for Inter Office & Legal Counsels Correspondence.
Maintaining computerized filing system.
Maintaining Courts Diary of the cases and its adjournments.
E-Correspondence with the lawyers.
Drafting Court’s documentation as per instructions.
Updating monthly reports of the cases to send the Chairman of the Group.
Making calls and receive on behalf of the boss.
Making arrangement for tickets, accommodation and pick & drop for the senior lawyers to appear in the Supreme Court on our behalf.
Good command over communication with the lawyers.
