- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Maintain Active Directory including security domains, user profiles & other resources on the network.
- Addressing queries regarding the Information System / Software & extending onsite support to the clients including maintenance of hardware / software Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
- Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved

- Maintaining the five branches and providing the VPN solutions to connect to the central office.
- Responsible for meeting the day to day support requirements of the staff in coordination with the support staff.
- Developing, mentoring and training the support staff.
- Rolling out and maintaining the global IT products and standards.
- Providing information security awareness training.
- Conducting workshops on Microsoft office product suites.
- Preparing and smooth functioning for the IT Security Audits.
- Allocating resources, both purchasing and materializing, to maximize performance and efficiency with no compromise.

- Negotiating Purchase scenario with corporate vendors, Microsoft & Others for bulk volumes.
