Responsibilities: • Leads a team of site engineers and coordinates with them to achieve the targets on time and within budget.
• Plans, controls and monitors the actual execution of all civil works of the project, to ensure it will be done according to approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
• Identifies and agrees with top management about the planned productivity rates and maintains that throughout the project execution and takes all necessary actions to avoid exceeding the acceptable limits.
• Oversees and checks that works are carried out to specifications, coordinates as necessary with relevant subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources of the project which are required to execute all the civil works in a smooth and proper flow to achieve the targets.
• Supervises and monitors the subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Ensures all the materials to be used are according to specifications.
• Oversees the site activities and makes sure it adheres to the HSE regulations.
• Participates in the meetings held with the client/consultant and discusses any construction matter that may arise.

• Responsible for monitoring and routine reporting on project construction schedule and cost.

• Supervises all finishing works which include: block works, plastering works, wall/floor ceramic tiling fixing, marble fitting, bath-tub installation, suspended ceiling fixing, roof works, ending with loose furniture.
• Coordinates with the interior designing team to overcome all site issues.
• Performs snagging, de-snagging and handover the hotel with Amenities.
Doha Showcase Stadium 2022 Project
Responsibilities: • Prepares Logistical plan for site ( Crane Locations, Storage areas. . . etc)
• Coordinates with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Supervises infrastructural work such as constructing manholes, soakaways, MEP trenches and branches etc.
• Supervises and monitors the site labor force and all subcontractors daily.
• Oversees the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction.
• Prepares daily progress reports.
• Oversees quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
• Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
