PR, Administrative & Marketing Officer
- Handling the financial procedures such as DCR and PC and the monthly payments
- Operate desktop computer to compose and edit correspondence and memoranda and respond to all the clients and parents .
- Recruiting assistant for the CEO ( media, sending information about the nursery, questionnaire, sending offers, negotiate, interviews, ….)
- Events organizing ( graduation and trips : sponsors, decoration, invitations, ….)
- Managing the website ( downloading photos, displaying new articles, following the vacancies, …)
- Coordinating with parents about their needs, their requirements such as birthday of their kids, potty training, special services, problems, where I can forward them to the person in charge.
- Handling the bank and depositing money daily .
Pr & Marketing
- Distributing TV programs for Lebanese TV stations - North Africa and economic TV stations in the Gulf region. My work consists of knowing every channel and which programs fit its expectations; thus proposing the suitable programs.
- Dealing with some stations as an advertising company, we use the barter deal ( our programs via spots on TV channel ), where we have to prepare the campaign details such as Client, Product, Cost of the campaign, Channel distribution, Campaign duration, Average spots per day and time frame.
Front Office Security Responsible
- We had to handle all cases such as robbery, sexual harassment and all guest complaints
- Coordinating with the guests for all his inquiries .
Accounts Payable administrator & Managing the financial department
- Set invoices up for payment
- Prepared and processed A/P checks and wire transfers
- Reconciliation of payments, resolved invoices discrepancies
- Monitored accounts, produced monthly reports and assisted in month end closing
- Corresponded with vendors and responded to inquiries
- Managed the Petty Cash and assisted the management in many administrative duties.
