The role is to Manage E2E deployment, installation, integration & On air of new Sites Of CMPAK Phase IV Rollout In south region. I have been involved with site acquisition, implementation and commissioning as well as team and time Management, from initiation phase to project Closure. In this role, I am Reporting to Project Manager. Following are my main assignments:
•Develops and manages the project plan.
•Development/delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts. Implementation of Power Cube DBS3900 (2G & 3G).
•Works with management staff to establish appropriate project structure, staffing plans and participates in the staffing processes.
•Respecting the project’s time and deadlines including installation, documentation, pre-PAT and FAT.
•Setting up new procedures to streamline implementation and logistics in a smooth way.
•Tasks, milestones & timelines to ensure project stays on track managing action items with regular reviews, audits and follow-up. Technical Strategy Management
•Contractor/Sub-con Management and coordination for smooth project implementation.
•To set site installation priority as per requirement of Client.
•To conduct technical site surveys.
•To conduct Acceptance Testing as per protocols and guidelines.
•Handing over to maintenance team and project closing and its subsequent capitalization.
Technical Expertise
•Hands on experience on installation, integration & troubleshooting of Huawei BTS DBS3900
•Hands on Experience on M2000
•Comprehensive knowledge in site creation and parameter modification for the following BTS types: DBS3900
•Leads and provides external coordination, as required, in the troubleshooting and resolution of service affecting issues.
•Coordinate with the BTS O&M and Project Implementation personnel during site integration, troubleshooting, and/or any other activity (BSC rehoming, TRX upgrade, Cut-over/ Change-out)
•Knowledge in definition of LAC CI to MSC to BSC.
The role is to overall manage network supervision and configuration in South Region. In this role, I am reporting to the Director of O&M and am the direct interface with other
Network support departments. I am responsible for ensuring timely support and escalations to BSS and Field teams for a large network comprises of more than 815 BTS sites, 7 BSC’s in South Region. Following are my main assignments:
• OPEX and Budget control for engineering O&M
• Management of SLAs and KPIs to ensure network quality
• Procedural implementation of WLAs in the company
• Overall front office and back office management to support operations, planning
• Management of Trouble Tickets distributions to Nationwide FOPS teams for fault rectifications.

Worked as Manager RAN/TRAN zone-4 on massive rollout of 841 Sites on Vietnam Mobile GSM Project. Member of Ericsson Project Management Team( PMO ), Main responsibilities are
•Responsible for all RAN/TRAN project initiation, implementation unto closure phases.
•Technical Support for all 2G & 3G BTS and Microwave related problem which Telecom implementation teams are facing during swap and new sites roll-out activities. Prepare quality procedures and manual for projects and train personnel on same Supervise all technical designs and As-Built Documentation with required certificates.
•Arrange and co-ordinate for the various hold point inspections with PM Prepare the PAC and FAC documentation for sign off by customer Interface with the client through regular reports and briefs.
•Drive the regional project teams comprising internal, contracted and third party resource to maximize effectiveness to deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets. Active consultation for complete implementation according to planning and design. Milestone achievement and resolution of bottlenecks. Acceptance testing of deployed nodes and their cutover into live network
•Ensure quality of all site-build activities. Ensure safety standards are met.Ensure compliance with the processes and standards identified by the project quality plan.
•Approving Final Detailed Engg. Design (FDED), Site as Built, DDF allocation layout, Electrical layout and backup, site documentation, approve templates of documentation
•Site documentation, inspection of site inventory, site installation inspection, inspection of test protocols, commissioning& integration tests of NSS/BSS network elements.
•Coordination with performance optimization team in tuning BSS RF and call control parameters so as to optimize network and sites reconfiguration
Successfully managed project establishment, planning, network Deployment Installation, integration of network nodes for 2G network roll out of more than 1175 new GSM cell Sites, 250+ Swap sites in southern part of Pakistan for CMPAK ZONG ( CHINA MOBILE ). Manage contractor and subcontractor activities. Analyzing delay impact and its escalation.
•Complete Implementation of approved network design for the project. Site preparation, Electrical and telecom implementation, Integration, commissioning, Acceptance testing and cutover of standalone nodes into the live network.
•SPOC for the projects with respect to vendors and organizations line departments. Solution for technical knotty issues and its escalation to the concerned responsible (if required)
•Responsible for delivery of project according to timeline, cost and quality. Analyzing risk and preparation of contingency plan. Management of complete turnkey delivery according to plan and schedule.
•Coordination with Core, BSS, Transmission, RND & TND planning and O&M departments. and engineering design, planning, implementation and optimization teams for acceptance and cutover of deployed nodes
Technical Expertise
•Performed Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Site integration of new site’s Ericsson 2G \[ RBS 2111, 2216, 2206, 2207, 2106, 2107, 2116 \]
•Implementation, Commissioning, Panning and Testing of Transmission Radio of Ericsson Traffic Node (20P, 6P, 2P), Mini-Link E, High Capacity 7 GHz, 15 GHz, 23 GHz and 38 GHz and including mapping of E1/KLM assignment, involved in upgrading the latest and safer software version and troubleshooting cell site related issues
•Performed and troubleshooting of Mini-Link TN Equipment such as NPU, MMU and LTU.
•Performed antenna and feeder test using anritsu331D sitemaster & Bit Error Result test for Microwave (use a PUMA BER Tester and TN software).
•Performed TRU upgrade for RBS 2202, 2206 frto improve efficiency and quality of mobile network.
•Monitoring systems, tracking progress and reporting updates while keeping deadlines in perspective
•Participate with helping the site acquisition team to technically/commercially convince the building.
•Conduct quality inspections during the installation and supervise the progress on-site.
•Coordination with the subcontractor’s and client for schedule monitoring and implementation of parallel activities to avoid time constraints

Warid Telecom Phase I & II Project
•Coordinating all activities regarding installation, survey and testing with customer.
•Installation and Commissioning of ERICSSON RBS 2206, 2207, 2106.
•Installation of MiniLink and traffic node for Warid Tel.
•Operating OMT for Alarm defining and MSM 6.3 for MiniLink.
