Working for British Telecom, United Kingdom and part of British
Telecom and EE merger Project.
* Solution Designing for IPVS (Future Voice) Product for British
telecom (BT) which is nothing, but IMS network-based Voice over
IP provided over FTTC, FTTP and CuBBand (PSTN).
* Solution Designing, Analysis for impact on components -
Mediation, Rating, Billing, CRM, OFS, KCIM, Ecommerce, PMF
(Product Catalogue), ESB etc.
* HLD preparation for e2e impacts of BSS & OSS systems.
* Demonstrating Solutions walkthrough to Component Owners
(Developers) & other stakeholders.
* Responsible for End-to-End Solution Designing for OSS/BSS area

Responsible for new Projects planning and rollouts for Prepaid
Mobility Stream under Customer Experience & Billing System.
* Leading team for Application development, Web Based Service
Development.
* Understanding Business requirements and converting those into
tangible IT system changes.
* Drive Project Activities from Planning to Handover phase.
* Cost & Efforts Analysis of Vendor Bases Application.
* Managing the vendors / partners for delivery of projects
