In this role, I am responsible for deal origination, screening, financial analysis, structuring / execution, coordinating due diligence & documentation, post-closing follow-up and portfolio management.

led a $12 million investment in one of India’s leading consumer internet company;
led a $10 million investment in one of India’s leading virtual retailing company;
issued term sheets for $ 15 million - in advanced stages of due diligence and deal closure;
evaluated multiple private equity transactions across sectors
