Creating tickets and maintaining the data of tickets solved for further purpose.
Checking the log files at regular intervals and raise a ticket when issue is created.
I have 1+ years of Experience as a Application Support Engineer on Solaris and Linux Servers and expert in PC assembling and troubleshooting good knowledge etc. networking, which are installing and configuring RUN LEVELS, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, APACHE, SENDMAIL, NATING, FTP, VERITAS Volume Manager, RAID, NetBackup and TELNET.
