Preventive and Corrective measures for optimum utilization of resources, Assisting in Process Flow Chart in relation to Turn Key Project, Formation of Contract with Vendor and Principals, Participating in Negotiation with Vendor and Principals, Preparation of documents required for EOI (Expression Of Interest) and pre Qualification. Prepared SOP on 'Billing', 'Opening of New office', 'Scrap Disposal' and 'Vendor Performance Guarantee'

•Receivable and Payable Management, Cash Flow and Fund Flow Management. Bank Guarantee with Banks, Assisting in Preparation of Project Report, Processing Documents for Working Capital Loan / Advances, Assessing Creditability of Principals and Soundness of Vendors, Inventory Control of Handling Gears and Spare Parts, Associated in Finalization of Company’s financial statement.
