• Responsible for handling a team of 50 - 100 team members for various jobs and responsibility in the restaurant on shift basis.
• Effective Assisting & Coaching Junior Managers in budgeting and planning their individual departments as: Food cost control, Training, Maintenance and Repair, Ordering etc.
• Have been handling Sales, Food and Beverage Operation like Food Festivals serving international cuisine, Sales promotion activities, Cost controlling, Managing elite Weddings, Niche Parties, Birthdays, etc.
• Responsible for handling different cuisine and dynamic operations, managing office operations, including inter/ intra departmental coordination, logistics of supplies quantitatively and qualitatively and exercising cost controls.
• Responsible for maintaining cordial relations with large corporate clients to assure satisfactory service and speedy problem solving.
• Handling the in-house needs of the team members and the restaurant, to check the quality of the food product, cleanliness and value & profit of the restaurant and service provided by the team members to the customers.
• Planning & conceptualizing various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability while analyzing cost effectiveness and competitor’s strategies and proceeding.
• Rationalizing the manpower at all levels while obtaining the optimal balance between top line and bottom line performance.
• Planning framework for the management of material, service, information and capital flows including the increasingly complex information, communication and control systems required in today's business environment.
• Managing the team for better performance and efficiency while providing regular training sessions to the new incumbents in voice and accent as well as updating the existing ones.
• Responsible for daily operations & reporting to operation consultant and operation manager
