Delivering the highest level of Passenger Services at the Premium terminal in Doha International Airport for Qatar Airways by Providing information and help to passengers - in particular to the Premium & First Class passengers, VIP CIP and Dignitaries.
To act as the Ambassador for Qatar Airways to meet, greet and assist giving a pleasant and assuring protocol to make this profile of passengers to feel special and welcome.
Work also includes to ensure smooth handling of unaccompanied minors and children to make sure they are delivered to their wanted destination or awaiting parents and guardians satisfactorily and safely.
Also involved in logistic support including check in, boarding and providing information to passengers.
My role in this job makes extensive use of my excellent communications skills with my lingual fluency in Arabic, English and French.
Responsible for customer care and loyalty, dealing with suppliers.
Organization of meetings, sales coordination and billing.
Making appointments, processing diaries and event organization.
Entering daily sales of the company.
