Helping Project Manager to prepare monthly project report by providing progress & performance report
Making site visits in order to monitor/review construction progress this includes participating construction progress review meetings with Clients, Consultants & Sub Contractor
Monitoring the progress against the baseline & reporting the variance on timely manner to project stakeholders
Preparing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on project scope in a hierarchical format
Completed schedule benchmarking for the completed projects, which is useful for the future phase
Developed baselines & manpower histograms for new tendering projects
Reported the CPI, SPI & Productivity of Project
Participating daily/ weekly planning meetings with Engineering, Procurement & Site Team
Direct responsibility of preparing monthly project controls & progress report for reporting project cost & schedule health to project stakeholders & senior management
Highlighting the date slippage & impact of it in meeting overall milestones & analyzing deviations, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions
Providing project wide manpower forecasts by trade, discipline and area
Monitoring and reporting schedule & cost progress and performance against baseline
To visit the site on weekly basis for under construction projects & to lead the weekly progress review meeting with consultant, contractor & subcontractors.
To review & update the project master Schedule on weekly basis to analyze the project bottlenecks & advice a necessary action
To review & monitor the weekly & monthly reports & periodic reports submissions, look ahead programme against the baseline programme
To review & monitor the project overall project progress especially for activities on the critical path & near critical path
To develop different reporting formats to analyze & control the project work progress.
To review & monitor the overall resource deployment, material procurement, productivity of resources & construction methodology to avoid future claims.
To coordinate with internal technical department viz. architecture, MEP, structure team for design/VE coordination & progress.
Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.
Highlighting the delays in terms of time to the PM/GM/VP on a weekly basis (weekly review meeting).
Project progress tracking - work wise & preparing monthly & weekly progress report in Primavera p6 / MS Excel.
And responsible for other duties as needed.
1. Analyzing & Managing Critical activities & Path in site with proper manpower & materials within given time.
2. Preparing various reports namely - Monthly execution statement, RMC schedule, Monthly Estimation sheet, Slab status, Delay report, critical issues.
3. Project progress tracking - work wise & preparing monthly & weekly progress report in Primavera p6 / MS Excel.
4. Developing project work breakdown structure, sequencing & organizing project activities.
5. Involved in construction activities like concreting, steel checking & other construction works also.
6. Involved in flat wise finishing works like plastering, flooring, painting.
7. Involved in making modification drawings of house plans using auto cad & coordinated with site execution team.
