1.Experience in Linux desktop administration(ubuntu)
2.Solid experience with command line administration of linux/unix servers
3.Strong customer skills - the ability to interact effectively with people of varying levels of computer knowledge
4.Strong security practices and experience in securing Linux server environments (I.E. IP Tables experience)
5.Comfortable Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac and Office 2007+ (Will help provide support to remote corporate users)
6.Comfortable knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Network devices (e.g. Routers, firewalls, VPN), IP sub-netting, TCP/IP communications, DNS, DHCP, etc

• Physical settings up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs.
• Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
• Maintenance of networking systems
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems
• Very good user skills with ability to work with high level professionals
• Ability to own the problem and see through to resolution
