Designing the resource process according to the clients requirements. Posting of requirements on job portals. Source resumes via databank, job portals and reference. Screening and short listing of resumes. Scheduling interviews for candidates with the clients. Providing qualified and experienced professionals according to the Client requirements. Lining up the candidates who have been short listed by the clients. Interview scheduling, client negotiation and follow up Regular interaction with the client and the candidate. Taking feedbacks from the candidates. Follow up with clients & candidates till the final placement.
