Kakarapar Atomic Power Station (KAPS 1 & 2)

Explored semiconductor devices lifetime, reliability and performance is essential to be measure and control for future enhancement. Study was on its lifetime, reliability and performance which was truly depend upon different neutron radiation environment scenarios. In order to ensure the operating performance of these devices in radiation environment, we have carried out functionality behaviour of these devices in such environments by Analytical solution.
• This Study was done to help and find elementary device performance in today’s high technology investments areas such as Satellite design, military and commercial hardware, and medical diagnostics over a various radiation environment. Also it will provide cost and time saving over design and testing sequences.
