Job Description - In line with its vision to add value to its products before selling, TATA Coffee Ltd, formed a core team to work on new businesses in 1995 May. I was part of this four-member team. I took over the job work facility during June 1998, and was responsible for production and maintenance of the factory employing 150 persons and also for co-ordination between job worker and company. I handled all functions related to factory management, including finance, and labour management. Additional job responsibilities included developing strategies for product positioning and pricing.
