Managing Finance & treasury operations;
Liaising with banks & financial institution for arranging finance & working capital requirements.

Review, approve and verify all the invoices, contracts and due payments as well as adopting the annual inventory.
Co-ordination with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors for finalization of Internal & Statutory audits.
Review the performance of the company divisions and report on key issues.
