 Conducting Tool Box Talks, Weekly/ Monthly HSE Meetings & Disseminating Hazards and all incident learning points throughout the work force.
 Formulating HSE plan as well as enduring HSE policy and its implementation at site.
 Defining and implementing HSE management system, safety, procedures, health & security plans and various other documents required by clients and company.
 Carrying out accident / incident investigation, reporting and facilitation of root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and maintain zero accident / incident goals.
 Developing procedure for implementing the site HSE plan and manage the program on day to day basis.
 Creating risk free environment at work place by taking measures regarding health, safety & environment.
 Ensuring effectiveness of the system implemented to control the risks involved at the site.
 Monthly reporting (Near-Miss, First Aid, Environment Spillages and Recordable Incidences occurred at the site).
 Performing Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment & Control measure implementations as per hierarchy of control.
