• Valuation specialist and lead team member for the three most recent IPO's undertaken by NDBIB
• Advised and successfully placed a pre-IPO private placement for Access Engineering Limited worth USD 35mn, the second largest private equity raising in Sri Lanka to date
• Conscientious player in client handling, valuation and placement for IPO’s of Access Engineering PLC, Mackwoods Energy PLC and Alumex PLC
• Designed and presented investment presentations for stockbroker and investor conferences hosted by NDBIB
• Vital role in the voluntary offer of a large conglomerate successfully completed by NDBIB
• Involved in mandatory offers by listed entities and coordinated with diverse stakeholders

• Lead analyst for one of the largest manufacturing sector M&A deals undertaken by NDBIB worth USD 10mn
• Valuation Advisor for recent transactions on divestitures related to Leisure sector
• Specialises in the apparel industry divestitures, being responsible for activities from agreeing on valuations with divesting shareholders, seeking potential acquirers, negotiation of terms and condition of transaction and completion of share transfers
