Responsibilities:

• Optimize revenue streams for additional business with new and established clients.
• Presales support & services of ELV systems.
• Designing of ELV projects according to customer requirement.
• Estimation and Execution of ICT / ELV projects.
• Responsible for conducting site surveys to identify issues and provide solutions for the same.
• Responsible for taking appointments with potential customers as well as to perform management of accounts.
• Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity and preparing quotations.
• Negotiating Tender, contract terms and conditions.
• Technical meeting with client, consultant and subcontractor for related projects.
• Demonstrating Services and solutions to potential Clients.
• Organize and control of project activities in site.
• Correspondents and follow up related to projects.
• Review of drawings, specifications and documents as per requirement.
• Managing sub-contractors for smooth execution of works as per client & relevant Standard requirements.
• Execution of projects with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure that Company Quality policy is established & followed at site.
• Visit/ Join working sites and inspections to assure required standards are achieved at sites.
• Getting the work completion certificate as per company procedure upon site completion.
• Prepare Invoices and its related follow-ups for the projects at proper time.
• Payment follow-ups with the client.
• Ensure proper project documentation & handover to the client.
