1. Technical Auditor

• Civil Engineering Audit Team to carry out risk based internal audit reviews for project with a special focus on civil engineering aspects, reviewing the following:
 Review of Contracts
 Review of Work Orders (Base order and change order)
 Variation Orders
 Progress report, Payments and Debit Notes
• Ensured that Internal Operations comply with the Saudi Oger Quality standards by Auditing different department such as Tendering, Estimation, Engineering, Procurements, Cost Control and Construction department.
• Audit Price estimation, supplier bedding, material purchasing to control the flow of products and services from supplier to clients and end- users in a fast and highly- demanding environment.
• Prepared Audit Action Plan, conducted field surveys and monitored program development, reporting and follow up.
• Reviewed and managed work orders of Subcontractors according to Saudi Oger General Condition of Subcontracts (GCS).
• Identified risk and resolved quality issues.
• Managed financial and operating information systems to preserve accuracy, reliability and authenticity.
• Ensured that resources are acquired economically, used efficiently and protected adequately.
• Investigated suspected fraudulent activities within the organization and notified the management team of the results.

2. QMS (Quality Management System) Auditor

• Asses the implementation of Quality Management System based on ISO 900:2008 standards of the Company’s QMS Divisional, Departmental, and related corporate Processes to focus on their proper application.
• Auditing all departments to assist members of the company’s management in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
• Develop and implement audit plans to insure company’s employees are adhering and following the company’s policy, procedures and processes.
• Responsible in assuring the adequacy of accounting, financial and operating controls.
• Identification of risk area.
• Safeguarding the company’s asset.
• Ensured accomplishment of business objectives and goals.
• Developing and communicating the Internal Audit report based on the result of undertaking including Audit finding (NC’s and Observation) and highlight areas of good practice with evidence to the auditee.
• Ensure that the corrective action report submitted by the auditee is effective.

• Assure that safety works are being practice by all personnel working in construction area. Ensure that required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meeting quality goals complying with set and standard procedures.
• Surveillance and inspection of civil works that includes excavation, structural and architectural provide timely quality assurance by establishing information feedback flow to avoid non-conformity.
• Supervision of civil/architectural inspection works with civil/architectural QA/QC site inspector to ensure the client satisfaction.
• Ensure that all parameters of construction and installation as set-forth in the drawings, specifications and material submittal are adhered to by the Company and Subcontractors.
• Verifies method for testing, instrument calibration and evaluation for performing designated inspection and testing.
• Ensures that as-built information were coordinated with engineering department to resolve any conflict and ambiguities in contract documents.
• Coordinate and deals directly with project site management and subcontractors to identify and prevent any work deficiencies.
• Prepare site work observations and ensure proper coordination with construction division to solve site problems.

• To prepare project documents (bar chart, pert-cpm…) as needed.
• To schedule and monitor daily manpower.
• To prepare bar cutting list and scheduling.
• To make the materials requisition.
• To prepare pouring requests.
• To prepare request for inspections.
• To oversee tools and equipment of the project.
• To attend weekly coordination meeting at the site.
