• Receives hiring requests from all departments.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting resources, walk-ins, media, and employee referrals.
• Building up pool of resumes for all required positions.
• Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening.
• Conducts first interview with candidates who passed the pre-employment test.
• Coordinates with Operations & candidates accepted from first interview for scheduling second interview.
• Filling, phone calls, sending and receiving official emails.
• Advice the candidates how to improve their skills and solve their point of weakness.
• Help the candidate to find a job that matches their qualification.
• Clarify to the candidate how the recruitment process goes( Pre-on boarding Facilities)
• Enters data of accepted candidates on the Recruitment application on Hits system.
• Ensures The Proper Deployment Process
• Follow up with the deployment department for preparing all hiring papers and required documents till the candidates Travel to start work.
• Updates the Recruitment metrics on monthly basis to measure the On Time and Recruitment Quality.
• Planning & attending Employment Fairs.
• Head Hunting Specific needed Criteria especially for Casual dining restaurants.
