At TECHNOMAX, I am responsible for organizing and Controlling the fund flow for the easy functioning of the overall business in UAE and Oman.
I work as a General accountant and deals mostly with kinds of Accounting sectors like, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Ledger Reconciliations, Monthly Reports for Aging Receivables, Payables etc.
I have work knowledge in the accounting software's SAP FICO, Oracle (Basic). Tally, Quickbooks, Peachtree, MS Office.
My role as a Junior accountant was to record the daily transactions undergone by the company and maintain it to the books of accounts of the accounting software of the company which was tally. I was responsible for the preparation of financial data as well as the report's. The accounting up to finalization was undertaken by me and the responsibility to report to the finance manager directly in order to make a forecast of the funds available for the smooth run of the company and maintaining the A/R and A/P reports in order to keep a good balance of these funds. Tax payments to the governments at the proper schedules.
