• Liaise with authority ( ADDC, Etisalat, ADM ) in getting approval of
construction drawings and NOC’s
• Monitoring the progress of electrical works and prepare weekly
work tracking report with progress photo
• Review of shopdrawings, coordination drawings, material
submittals, method statement, work programmed, check material
deliveries ( MIR’s)
• Liaise with the consultant and subcontractor during inspection,
testing and commissioning of MEP works
• Monitoring contractors compliance with EHS procedure
• Ensure the consultant issue NCR to the contractor for defective
works and implement remedial measure to close the NCR
• Conduct coordination meeting between MEP contractors of
different trades
• Liaise with the quantity surveyor to certify the progress payment of
the contractor and also advise if there is any variation of works
involve due to Engineers instruction issued
• Assist in preparation of concept design drawings and tender
documents for utility infrastructure
• Maintain records of materials submittal log, shopdrawing
submittal log, methods statement submittal, NCR, EI, FCN, RFI,
Inspection request, daily reports
• Assist the project in getting temporary power from authority and
for liasing with supplier in providing temporary chillers for the
building
• In- charge of site facility issues
• Study contract documents, project specification, tender drawing
and prepare quantity take-off
• Prepare shopdrawings including design calculation, single line
diagram, load schedule, voltage drop calculation, cable sizing,
equipment lay-out, preparation of co-ordination drawings for Jbr
-01 Podium and Tower B07-T02
• Obtain material and shopdrawing approval from consultant
• Prepare tender enquiry and negotiate with the supplier
• Raised request for information, MIR, s, work inspection, closure of
NCR, s, prepare method statements, progress claims, VO, s
• Supervise electrical installation in conformance with approved
shopdrawings, specification and Dewa Regulation.
• Coordinate with specialized contractor of central battery system,
Fire alarm system, BMS system, intercom system
• Coordinate with Dewa, Etisalat with respect to site requirements

• Assist in the preparation of As-Built Drawings, Operations &
Maintenance Manuals and related handing over documents in
accordance with the contract requirements.

at Jubail Industrial area, Saudi Arabia ( Main contractor - Samsung

• In-charge of DCS control room Marshalling Cabinets ( DCS
Panels) installation for instrumentation, cabling and termination
of DCS Panel and instruments
• In-charge of MV cabling works, installation of MV and LV
Switchboard and termination of MV motors, panels and
transformers
• Do quantity take-off for electrical and instrumentation works of the
plant
• Handles almost 100 electrians for the execution of electrical and
instrumentation works of the plant
