• Leading a team of 5 engineers, Static equipment/Packages handled in this project are Molesieve package, LPG unit package (Merox & COS removal), WHRU package, Cold Box, Electric heater packages, Flare packages, Columns and its internals, Vessels, Tanks, S&T heat exchangers, Air fin cooler packages (with winterization cabin), Filters etc.
• This is an open book estimate, presently, FEED is being carried out, which includes preparation of required / applicable specifications, datasheets, Requisitions, Vendor offer review, Technical bid evaluation and Cost estimate.
• Also all applicable BOQ's like Erection, Insulation, Fire proofing, Painting etc. are being issued.

• The project scope is to develop Central Processing Facility in the Berkine region, processing hydrocarbons initially from Block 208, operated by the Sonatrach/Anadarko Association, & from the unitised EMK field located on a portion of both Block 208 & the Sonatrach/ConocoPhillips operated Block 405a.
• Leading a team of 8-10 engineers, Static equipment/Packages handled in this project were Fired heater packages (5 nos), Flare packages (7 nos), Produced water treatment package, Electric heater (7 nos), Air fin cooler packages (38 nos), Activated carbon tower package, Columns (5 nos), Vessels (Low Pressure (52 nos), High Pressure (13 nos)), Tanks (11 nos) (External floating roof / Cone roof), S&T heat exchangers (27 nos), Filters, Desalters, Slug catchers (7 nos), LPG Sphere (3 nos), etc.
• Key achievement: Optimum selection of MOC for LPG sphere.
Huge value project with 5 fired heater and 7 flares involved. Had many engineers in team, effectively managed time and cost well within budget.

Review of TDR, schedule, Identify RFQ list etc.,
Review / Approval of Inquiry Requisition, TQ on Vendor offers, Technical Bid Evaluation, Purchase requisition.
Review of BOQ's like Erection, Insulation, Painting, fire-proofing.
Review/Approval of vendor documents after review by the working engineers but before issuing back to the vendors and/or submission to Client. Additional comments are marked for completeness of the document.
Inhouse / Vendor inputs vetted before giving to other disciplines for further engineering (like Civil load data, electrical load list, plot size/layouts for packages)
• Resolve engineering issues.
• Monitoring and Control, Expediting technical deliverables for on-time delivery of equipment/packages with highest quality.
• Attending HAZOP and Model reviews.
• Attending Vendor's shops for Factory acceptance test / Hydrotest / Built reviews without or along with Client.
• Ensuring documents are complying with local regulations and relevant codes.

• Key achievement: Gas dehydration was de-packaged, Engineering by AKER and Manufacturing by IMS handled well without any major technical issues and controlled within stipulated time frame and budget.
