1- In Charge of Room Service for 358 luxurious rooms (Food, Beverage and VIPs Amenity), also a private pool at premium rooms Area serving food and Beverage.
2- In Charge of the Grill Restaurant (Hotel’s finest dining room and the winner of best International cuisine Award in Jordan 2005), specializing in savour exquisite meats, poultry & fish, serves 85 seats.
3- In Charge of Saraya Restaurant (the main restaurant in the resort) which offers all-day à la carte or buffet dining to a total of 350 guests.
4- In Charge Of luigis (Italian) Restaurant which seats 95 guests, serves traditional wood-fired pizza oven & a range of Italian specialities such as home-made pasta.
5- Worked during all seasons of the world economic forum (one of them was in charge of the publicist floor at the king Hussain convention Center).
6- Implementing a private butler Service when needed for the top VIP Client that are renting the royal villa at the Hotel.
