Job Profile
Work as an interface between clients and internal study teams to allow transition of project from planning to completion.
Initiate and provide leadership for a diverse cross functional project team to speed-up the momentum of project and achieve the goals.
Develop, gain agreement and maintain timelines/milestones for all projects through MS Project.
Prepare and manage budget including sponsor and in house projects, laboratory equipment and contract resources.
Develop and present project updates, challenges and recovery plans to senior management.
Managing the projects via established team meetings with resources, identifying road blocks and competing priorities, managing changes and creating mitigation plans as needed.
Prepare project proposals, quotes and other project related documents.
Prepare agendas, record minutes/action points of all scheduled/ad-hoc project meetings, virtual meetings and telecons. Prepare project status documents and update the Management. Plan and conduct the meetings as required.
Prepare Gantt charts and set up timelines with the technical teams especially for larger projects and track progress of projects.
Implement Project tracking system to optimize the work flow and meet the scheduled timelines.
Working closely with Management & BD teams to discuss and evaluate the status/capabilities of the present and future projects.
Negotiating contracts for sales and processing all relevant business documents (preparing Project contract/Master Services Agreement/NDAs and MOUs).
Preparation and communication of capability presentations/Agreements/budget proposals/SOs to clients.
Preparation and standardization of costing structures for projects.
Associated with business development and management.
Interacting with clients and providing updates on project status.
Coordinating the telecons & virtual meetings with clients.
Ensuring timely preparation of study reports and submission of the same to regulatory authorities according to plans and agreed timelines.
Associated with Preclinical Toxicology Department.
Actively involved in tracking & monitoring the preclinical screening process of indigenously developed rDNA products / synthetic drugs for the toxicity and efficacy.
Monitoring of Non-clinical studies at CRO’s.
Coordinated the activities with R& D and regulatory departments to commence the pre-clinical studies as required.
On successful completion of the Preclinical studies presenting study reports in RCGM, DCGI for further approvals.
Prepared regulatory dossiers in CTD formats for Local and International submissions.
