I am responsible for:
- developing the business in the middle east.
- maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.
- supporting the sales director in achieving profitability, and partner recruitment objectives
- screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements
i am a Project Manager, a team member of 6 project managers in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region, and i am ensuring weekly reporting on customer (hospital) project status of Enterprise Imaging (Radiology Informatics), Cardiology Informatics.
Key Responsibilities are:
HI Order Acquisition Process
" Engage with Sales in pre-sale activities.
" Plan project life cycle deployment
" Ensures that a proposed system is deliverable and that the Statement of Work is completed, as far as possible, prior to bid.
HI Project Delivery Process
" Oversees complex migration and integration projects from design and development to production
" Together with Program Manager (reporting functionally to define resources and schedule for project implementation
" Create strategies for risk mitigation
" Lead by example and to encourage the Team Spirit philosophy within the Project.
Quality & Regulatory (Q&R)
" Responsible for reviewing quotation / solution developed for the customer for compliance and feasibility
" Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
" Responsible for RIS/PACS/Speech implementation in accordance with technical solutions, milestones and
quality.
" Responsible for HL7-Interface Projects connecting RIS with third party HIS Systems.
" Responsible for PET-CT-Installation and maintenance.
" Establishing Test Systems using VM-Ware to demonstrate complete Workflow Cycles in the Radiology
Department.
" Support Sales Consultants on procedural and technical level; provide technical input and give
commitments on milestones during the appropriate phase(s) of the sales process.
" Creating plans for the implementation, setting up controls for the execution and proactively taking
corrective actions to stay within the committed milestones (always stay within timeline, deliver on
commitment).
" Managing customer expectations and accountable for in time acceptance of the assigned projects.
" Managing any required configuration during the implementation cycle.
" Coordinate and control participating (internal and external) 3rd party suppliers and central TSC.
" Creating of total project documentation for installation, training and acceptance according to the
documented processes.
" Maintaining and improving project methods and implementation processes
