*Responsible for sales of Zanussi & Vestfrost Major domestic Appliances.
*Handling sales through a network of 5 Major Key Accounts, Sharaf DG, E-MAX, Jacky’s, Panda Hypermarket & Geant Hypermarkets in Dubai region. *Finalizing participation in promotions, special deals, identifying opportunities on the shop floor for brand visibility.
*Active participation in finalizing annual agreements with buyers.
*Achieving sales Target through a team of 10 Merchandisers, this includes organizing training programs for them, implementing strategies and processes for maximizing team performance. *Developing a team of high performing Merchandisers which delivers higher than the set standards. *Process driven and institutionalize the process by liaising with various concerned departments.
*Visiting the market on a daily basis to understand the changing patterns and scope for improvement. *Identify business opportunities for the company and come up with an Entry strategy.
*Review sales with the buyers on regular basis to achieve set goals.
*Provide and analyze first hand competitor information for existing and new product development and conveying it to the senior management.
*Effective Correspondence through emails and other mediums of communication to attain quality work. * Timely Processing of credit notes, price protection sheets, marketing approval documents and various other documents for smooth business operations.
Responsible for overall buying of electronics across all categories of all 5 stores of Al Meera Markets in Oman.

Handle day-to-day management of the Department, liaise with Category Team to facilitate sales strategies and decision
making.
Also Handled Part as Buyer in Buying Team for Telecom / Photography Department as per organization Requirement.
Using information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and undertake forward planning.
Staffing coaching and develop personnel.
Ensure safety of all customers and employees on store premises.
Certify that visual merchandising is consistent with customers' expectations of the brand.
Periodic checks of product inventory to ensure shelves and racks remain stocked and replenished in time.
Manage store operations by ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve sale target, without hampering the sales
plans.
Evaluate shrinkage, implementing effective merchandising techniques and customer service skills
Manage customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Attend to customer’s complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Analyze the performance of team members and assign targets on regular basis.
