I was employed as QEHS & Contracts Manager by the Overseas Civil Engineering Department (OCED) for The Palm Jumeirah Monorail Project. Job scope included project contract administration, project procurement, contract claims & negotiations and contract final accounts settlement. Project Value $ 0.5 billion

As a part of the assignment, I was deployed as a Contracts Consultant for various projects including Singapore MRT Rail Transit project, Coal & Gas based Power generation projects, Oil & Gas projects, in various countries in Asia. Total Projects value over $ 2 billion.

ICI (now a part of Akzo Noble) is a Paints & Chemical manufacturer headquartered in the UK. Role included leading construction of manufacturing plants for ICI India & Asia. Total CAPEX budget of over $ 1 billion.

Asian Paints is the largest Paints and Chemicals Manufacturer in India. My role was in Plant Engineering which included catering to the engineering and procurement requirement of the operating plant and engineering projects. Key deliverables included EPC Vendors & Sub-contractor development, measures for compliance to organization requirements including commercial terms and deliver cost savings to the organization through optimal price of purchase, engineering and project contracts.

TVS Group is a large engineering group in India. Projects handled included TVS Tires Rubber & Carbon Mixing Plant, Tires project, TVS DuPont Teflon Finishes project, TVS Berg Electronics project. My role was to lead the Purchase and Contracts department towards ensuring raw materials, chemicals, engineering, maintenance items and sub-contracts are delivered on-time-in-full and conforms to optimum pricing, quality and timely delivery.
