I have worked as outgoing touroperator in Decastrotours I learned a little about the idiosyncrasies of tourists. After a hard day's work of listening to complaints, changing tickets, arranging cancellation, explaining details, figuring out commissions for hotels and carriers and writing letters.i Realizw that any tybe of business has its unpleasant aspects, and i do know people become tiresome at times; but if you understand people, working out their problems becomes sort of a game. I find exciting. the college I attended offers specific courses for tourism, and my marks were very good, especially in history. My major was in guidance. My classes in history, geography, and archeology are helpful also. And Ispeake english language fluently

حصل على درجة البكالوريوس فى السياحة والفنادق ( شعبة الارشاد السياحى) دور مايو 2006 مجموع الدرجات الحاصل عليها فى الفرقة الرايعة 657 درجة- ستمائة وسبعة وخمسون درجة فقط ) - من المجموع الكلى وقدره 1000 درجة - ( الف درجة فقط) بنسبة مئوية 65 % بنقدير جيد// - والمجمزع التراكمى 2466 درجة ( الفان واربعمائة وستة وستون درجة فقط)- من المجمزع التراكمى الكلى وقدره 4000 ( اربعة الاف درجة فقط) بنسبة مئوية61 % بتقدير مقبول .
