•Updating Schedule Baseline.
•Issuing looks ahead Schedule Weekly.
•Preparing the weekly target for site construction team to apply.
•Preparing recovery plan to catch up the required progress.
•Preparing Profit/Loss Report for Top Management.
•Issuing Cost to Completion Reports for Financial Department.

Responsibilities:
•Issue Master Schedule Baseline for the project as per SAPL standards.
•Preparing S-Curve, Cash flow & Histogram.
•Updating Schedule baseline.
•Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
•Issue 2 Months look ahead schedule as per consultant requirements.
•Prepare the weekly target for site construction team to apply.
•Issues look ahead activities works for site team to achieve the weekly target.
•Preparing Recovery plan to catch up the required progress.
•Follow up the construction progress against the planned target.
•Preparing weekly procurement status reports (Delivered, Installed and Remaining).
