•Prepare & Issue Master Schedule Baseline (Full Resources Loaded).
•Prepare The Casting Plans & Pouring Sequence Layout.
•Prepare Resources Histograms.
•Prepare S-Curve & Cash flow.
•Updating Schedule Baseline.
•Issuing looks ahead Schedule Weekly.
•Preparing the weekly target for site construction team to apply.
•Preparing recovery plan to catch up the required progress.
•Preparing Profit/Loss Report for Top Management.
•Issuing Cost to Completion Reports for Financial Department.
Extra Duties: Projects Director Assistant
By Preparing the Following Documents in Tendering New Projects:
•Brief Presentation of The Company history and relevant experience.
•Organization Charts.
•Required Manpower & Equipment Tabulation.
•Preliminary Schedules for Main Activities.
Project : Al Hasa Housing Infrastructure Project.
Project Description: Roads, Infrastructure Utilities & Service Structures.
Project Value: 315 Million Saudi Riyal.
Client: Ministry Of Housing
Responsibilities:
•Issue Master Schedule Baseline for the project as per SAPL standards.
•Preparing S-Curve, Cash flow & Histogram.
•Updating Schedule baseline.
•Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
•Issue 2 Months look ahead schedule as per consultant requirements.
•Prepare the weekly target for site construction team to apply.
•Issues look ahead activities works for site team to achieve the weekly target.
•Preparing Recovery plan to catch up the required progress.
•Follow up the construction progress against the planned target.
•Preparing weekly procurement status reports (Delivered, Installed and Remaining).
Project : Al Khobar Lakes Development.
Project Description: Roads & Infrastructure Utilities.
Responsibilities:
•Supervise and following construction activities.
•Leading the work teams to execute as per specifications and details drawings.
•Follow up the Progress Percentages & Updating Schedule baseline.
•Preparing Daily & Weekly Reports.
•Quantity Surveying.
•Issue 2 weeks look ahead for site team to apply.
•Preparing S-Curve & Cash Flow.
•Preparing Recovery Plan to catch up the Baseline Schedule.
