Manage the store daily activity.
•Monitor on a monthly basis all retail indicators related to sales, UPT, average transaction, conversion rates etc.
•Maintains store staff job results by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring.
•Preparing and controlling the store’s budget
•Monitor the inventory process, maintain a daily control of the retail stock
•Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
•Work on KPI to improve sales
