3. to draft and review different regulatory tools and assure the compliance with other laws and regulations locally and worldwide.
4. to review, from legal point of view, all required documents and agreements, including companies’ AOA, submitted to ECA for obtaining investment license and completing commercial registration.
5. to be responsible of all labor issues related to Cadre Economic City, the corporate arm of ECA for providing and recruiting manpower to relevant investors within the economic cities as an investment attraction.
