Main responsibilities:
1. to head the Contracts & Consultations Section including reviewing different kinds of engagement documents with other aviation institution, carriers and airlines,
2. representing the department with internal procurement committee for bidding process.
3. heading the design and construction contract of new terminal projects in King Khalid International Airport (RUH) & King Abdul-Aziz International Airport (JED) from bidding stage till the selection of successful bidder and execution of projects.
ECA is modern governmental agency but operated as a private sector, responsible for regulating, serving and monitoring the construction and activities in economic cities in Saudi Arabia. Main Responsibilities:
1. to support ECA commerce division with legislative tactics how to ease doing business and on regional and global friendly commercial regulations.
2. to review commercial regulations bill prior to enacting and publishing in the Gazette.
3. to draft and review different regulatory tools and assure the compliance with other laws and regulations locally and worldwide.
4. to review, from legal point of view, all required documents and agreements, including companies’ AOA, submitted to ECA for obtaining investment license and completing commercial registration.
5. to be responsible of all labor issues related to Cadre Economic City, the corporate arm of ECA for providing and recruiting manpower to relevant investors within the economic cities as an investment attraction.

Main Responsibilities:
1. reviewing EPC contracts and all NDAs, MOU, PPAs and Take Or Pay agreements.
2. leading investigation team for some internal non-compliance or violations.
3. representing the company in different alternative dispute resolution within very complex technical issues, such as a dispute generating from a unique agreement of energy saving performance contract and other engineering agreements.
4. conducting legal check of tender documents and legal commitments thereof.
5. involving in different commercial negotiations with company senior management.
