Overall responsibilities:
- Managing the supervision site office engineering works “shop DWG. & Material submittals, Method of statements, etc.” and the coordination drawings & workshop as well, in order to ensure the correct & the smooth construction.
- Follow & monitor the progress of executed works VS. The approved Project time Schedule, in order to ensure that the execution works are in line with the approved Schedules.
- Conduct meetings with the Client Representatives & the Contractors, in order to discuss the progress and resolve any outstanding issues related to project. Then, to take the necessary actions accordingly.
- Responsible for issuing of (Letters, instructions, NCRs, MOM & IPC) in line with the Contract provisions, and responding on RFIs and any raised technical queries by the Contractors (RFIs).
- Prepare the taking over certificate and the closing out documents for the components of the project.

-Communicate with MOFA PMs and conduct meetings on weekly bases to follow up with the outstanding issues that required approval such as VOs, Security requirements, changing in design etc. & to discuss the status of the ongoing Projects in order to take the necessary decisions accordingly.
-Coordinate with the Engineering department office located in KSA/Riyadh in which it is involved in checking all types of submittals received from the Contractor from Africa Projects, and conduct meetings with The Eng. Manager & the concerned engineer to solve any outstanding issues that may affect the execution process of ongoing Projects, and Liaison between the Engineering Office and the project Managers in Africa.
-Responsible for issuing the Supervision invoices as well as all the correspondences (letters, Notifications, emails etc.) to all the concerned parties (the Client, the Contractor, the designer & the Consultant).
-Monitor and evaluate the overall progress of Africa Projects in terms of time, execution, financial & quality in order to prepare report, then to submit it with recommended needed actions to the concerned party for attention, discussion & further decisions.
-Follow up on daily bases with Africa Project Managers to keep updated with each Project status and in order to keep the overall works under control.

Overall responsibilities:
-Conduct the progress meetings with the Client & the Contractor, in order to discuss/resolve the outstanding issues related to project. Then, to take the necessary actions where required.
-Follow & monitor the progress of executed works VS. The approved Project time Schedule, in order to ensure that the execution works are in line with the approved Schedules.
-Managing the Technical office engineering works “shop DWG. & Material submittals, RFC, etc.” related to (Architectural, Structural & E/M trades) as well as the coordination between them, in order to ensure the smooth construction.
-Conduct a Value engineering process due to Client desire, in order to make a significant reduction on budget price, for example but not limited to: (VE. Related to elevations, hardware & finishing items materials, etc.).
-Managing a set of processes used at project to ensure the quality of products on the project (QA.) as well as the quality control on site (QC.). In addition to works related to Letters & Reports.
