• Establish progress and monitoring dashboards, and KPIs
• Support the project control group at Project’s in all aspects of planning;
• Coordinate with current and future subcontractors in order to update the schedule;
• Ensure the quality of subcontractor schedules on Primavera P6 and check that they are aligned with the master planning;
• Support the Project Controls group in calculating resource requirements;
• Coordinate with the commissioning group, setting up the commissioning schedule to meet the needs of the systems commissioning sequence;
• Assist subcontractors to plan pre-commissioning verifications as well as MC (Mechanical Completion) work per system;
• Support the project control group in the establishment and monitoring of physical advancement by discipline and by phase (quantities installed in relation to total quantities);
• Provide adequate support to maintain the Project’s schedule in the CLOUD (Load Spring Platform);
• Support the Project Controls group in creating the planning database for the entire project;
• Support the project control group in identifying and feeding the schedule with potential delays;
• Maintain the project baseline schedule;
