Key Result Areas:
Finance Operations
Timely finalisation and presentation of month/Year end reports (R2R) with variance to the management.
Supervise every aspect of a company’s accounting and reporting functions.
Review E2E process develop accounting practices and procedure with AS in mind.
Evaluate industry’s and the organisation’s practices on the process of capital assets depreciation
Oversee data flow and the process between accounting systems cum sub-systems
Consult on the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting process
Review balance sheet, general ledger accounts, and income statement schedules
Reviewing AR customer wise, Making provision according to aging policies, reporting to management for further action if needed. Make sure the O2C process is followed
Reviewing AP, Vendor statements, Aging and advance payments monthly and taking necessary action if needed. make sure the all the P2P process is followed.
Providing data for Internal and External Auditing data requirement timely manner and finalize audit procedure on time. Support FM for putting remark on findings of both audited report.
Recommend improvement to general accounting activities so as to ensure compliance with governmental and organisational procedures and policies, and to also ensure the most efficient and effective operations
Implement automation and process improvements to reduce redundancy
Administer personnel-related functions and direct the work of general accountants
In charge of supervising accounting professionals
Oversee posting, verify, calculate and type duties to staff to perform
Lead a larger part of the day to day operations of group
Check Treasury needs and give instruction to team.
Familiarize self with a variety of the work’s procedures and concepts
Rely on judgment and extensive experience to accomplish goals Perform different types of tasks as required
Direct and lead the work of others
Assist chiefs in understanding their financial results Train and supervise other accounting staff.
Budgeting and Reporting
Typically report to a head of a unit, department head, or manager
Develop global engineering forecasts and budgets
Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements
Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
Oversee and monitor the corporate company engineering allocation process
Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management
Assist in making key business decisions by providing special analysis

Treasury Management.
Reconcile the transaction between software.
Improving systems and practices by coordinating different divisions.
Providing Data for Budget &month end reports and reconciliation to Chief Accountant.
Capex preparation and Accounting.
Insurance claim.
AR reconciliation, Credit releasing, Aging and provision preparation etc.
Credit agreement handling and legal reporting.
