Lead the factory utilities equipment (HVAC, Diesel Generator, Steam Boiler, Air compressors and Electricity)
* Wadi Group "Soybean Oil Extraction" as Maintenance Manager (Jul.2018- Present):
- Preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Initiate energy saving projects to reduce the consumptions of (Electricity, water and
steam).
- Following the factory utilities equipment’s (Air compressors, HVAC and steam boilers).
- Preparation for the annual shut down maintenance and projects for the extraction area.
- Following up the technical warehouse to build up system for spare parts consumptions
- Following all repairs in the whole factory.
- Prepare for the maintenance department CAPEX and assets management.
Check all the new production lines installation process and snag list preparation.
- Breakdown analysis, safety management and budget control for the department.
- Following all repairs to make the production lines stable.
- Following all utilities (Transformers, MDB, compressors, boilers and HVAC).
- Application of new techniques for the preventive maintenance to reduce the downtime.
- Keep a safety stock reduce the consumption and new lines requirements for spare parts.
- Try to increase the machines efficiency by modify the defects that causes frequent stops.
- Hiring new technicians, engineers, and try to build teamwork environment.
Attendance the implementation of the Factory.
Make all Maintenance Duties to keep running operation well.
Overcome the Machines problems, and try to solve it as fast as possible.
Installation of the new Machines.
Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency to reduce operating costs.
Conduct visual Inspections on machines & panels in order to find out, any abnormalities in function of these equipments.
Communicates directly with the Production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.

Operation of Medium voltage and low voltage distribution panels.
Deal With pneumatic, hydraulics and Mechanical Systems Problems.
Deal with Advanced Control Systems, PLC Siemens S7-300 &400 also Allen Bradley PLC.
Deal with Generators, Air Compressors, Chillers and Fire Fight System.
Good Knowledge in Packaging Machines.
SAP user (PM Module).
Spare parts and store arrangements.
