Supervise and coordinate all maintenance service and repair pertaining to head office building and related equipment, and to all the branches (Airport office, Warehouse in 10th of Ramadan, Alexandria office)
Supervise all (physical security, cafeteria, buffets, front office, archive, cleaning, gardening, maintenance)
Use attendance software to do a daily attendance report and hand it to the HR.
Supervise making ID and access cards for the employees.
Checking subcontractor’s invoices before handing it to accounting department.
Take charge of all emergencies and ensure responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary
Implements all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedule installations and oversee that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner
Coordination in management and control of Guards, Monitoring & Approvals

Identify security incidents
Supervise and ensure that certain services (buffet, cleaning, reservation of meetings & conference rooms…) are well provided
Supervise that employees are following security procedures (wearing visible identification, following software security related issues…).
Monitor security systems and respond to alarm activations through the contract security force.
Investigate accidents and incidents and propose action plans to correct and prevent their occurrence.
Ensure proactive rather than reactive procedures to guarantee safety and security for employees, visitors and customers.
Manages the development of physical security, health and safety team.
Provide health & safety essentials such as first aid kits, fire extinguishers, etc.
Ensure that hygiene and property is maintained in the building.
Conduct drills and exercises to simulate emergency cases for employees’ awareness and alert.
Selection of subcontractors and suppliers to perform maintenance and facilities’ related tasks
