- Preparation & Update of Baseline Schedule, Weekly & Monthly reports, Progress Reports...etc.
- Preparation of project cash flow & S-curve.
- Resources & Cost Loading on the schedule.

- Assessment of contract delays & report for potential EOT & cost claims.

- "Al Waab City" Villas Project - Phases 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 6A & 6B.

1.Develop Master Baseline & Detailed Time Schedules.
2.Updating, Monitoring & Controlling site progress.
3.Develop Weekly/Monthly Project Reports.
4.Determine, Analyze & Track site issues along with providing corrective actions.
5.Develop recovery/realistic schedules as per status.

(Two 5 Star & Three 4 Star Hotels in Central Region of Madinah)
