- Allocating new clients in UAE, GCC, Middle East & Europe, to Supply & Fix Natural stone materials.
- Following-up with existing clients to close the deal (Interior Designers, Contractors, Stone importers, Wholesalers)
- Coordinate; follow up projects in hand from receiving the Purchase Order and through all phases of the Quotation submission, Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Mock-up, fixing process to assure the best quality.
- Helping in creating the annual Marketing business plan.
- Building up, maintaining & developing good
relationships with customers, agents, distributors,
wholesalers & Contractors.
- Identifying new business opportunities by tapping the
potential customers from different countries.
- Managing sales of marble and granite products through
direct & indirect selling methods and use every possible
resource to increase sales volume and market share.
- Following-up with existing clients, restoring lost clients
& attracting new ones.
- Organizing, handling & attending international fairs.
- Managing personal meetings with target customers to
promote our goods.
- Developing marketing campaigns to promote marble
and granite products. The role includes planning,
designing, developing and implementing different sales
activities by researching the customer's needs and
requirements.
- Inspecting materials for quality control reasons and to
make sure client requirements are met.
- Handling quotations, pricing & revising invoices and
packing lists.
- Coordinating with Operations, Logistics, warehouse &
financial departments to assure a smooth delivery to the
client.
