Agile project manager / Scum Master for a governmental project in Dubai.
Working as frrelance project manager and quality manager
• Manage the Development, Quality and IT departments for the company
• Hire and manage remote technical resources through different platforms/channels.
• Communicate with business department and assure a seamless integration with the technical team
• Work as project manager, lead scrum meetings and manage company projects/products in financial, ecommerce, social networking and mobile applications domains
• Create development project plans, create and manage project schedules and lead development iterations till closure
