 Evaluating ADSL project according the abandonment option of leasing the ADSL centrals if things go bad, building the decision tree and calculating the expected NPV and standard deviation before and after abandonment.
 Full financial studies for CH capital increase by certain shareholders, allocation capital increase properly among shareholders according to the company valuation.
 Structuring the takeover bid by CH for an ISP, full merging and acquisition studies with different scenarios (Share swap, debt capitalization, capital increase …), after proper valuation study.
 Proper debt portfolio management (Overdrafts, BDL Loans).
 Cost cutting related to bank charges, bank interest, tax saving, foreign currency exchange savings.
 Determining the optimal capital structure of the group and minimum WACC (optimal % of a mix between debt and equity), assessing business risk and financial risk
 Establishing the dividend policy of the group, setting the target payout ratio for a period of 5 years.

 In order to manage current assets and decrease money invested in working capital, I used to manage receivables, prepare monthly aging schedule and following customers, plus using effective methods to decrease the cash conversion cycle, and preparing with monitoring the cash budget for the company.
 For managing our long term debts, I determined the market interest rates in Lebanon (KRF, DRP, LP, MRP), and by this put strategies to restructure our long term debts.
 In dealing with our notes receivables, the time value concepts have been applied properly.
 To decrease unfavorable actions, played an important role in designing and improving the internal control structure of the company.
 Managed the payroll system with CNSS and Wages tax calculation for a staff of 30 employees.
 Supervised and supported staff of 3 accountants.
 Prepared Lebanese official declarations (NSSF, Wages tax, VAT).
