The owner of the monthly & yearly plans and roadmap and projects planning along with following up with all parties
•Responsible of the budgeting and reporting budget vs actuals for all parties
•Responsibility of creating and auditing all feasibility studies for all marketing activities
•Responsible of the weekly and monthly analysis actuals vs budget and the company’s positioning for the board members
•Responsibility of setting the sales target on a monthly basis
• Responsibility of conducting and analyzing the CEO weekly financial and marketing analysis
•Conduct Pre and Post evaluation process for old and new services and products.
•Negotiating all feasibility studies with the finance and product owners.
•Evaluate competitor products, services and marketing strategies
•Initiate, create and follow up on all revenue generating promotions.
•Evaluate and audit all programs and promotions KPI’s
•Working with sales, customer care, finance, legal, regulatory and procurement departments to finalize all related issues of launching products and promotions
•Perform quarterly and weekly forecast.
•Monitor and revise all local and international prices and cost.
