Inventory Management:
• Forecasting Monthly inventory for corporate, SME & ESA's channels.
• Managing inventory ordering for Alex Business Warehouse that serves three sales channels in Alex.
• Managing Allocation process, price change, bundles updates with Marketing Dept.
• Performing weekly inventory check for Alex Business Warehouse.
• Keeping Safety inventory Quantities for all products.
• Performing Stock Return Process.
• Handling Warehouse cleanup process ( DOA & Slow item Movement )
• Handling defected items process
Orders & Business operations Logistics:
• Ensuring Sales request their orders by sending Order forms through the legal channel.
• Performing full cycle on oracle with issuing sales invoice & packing list / order.
• Assuring sales sign requested doc. as a proof of physical receiving their orders.
• Filling all orders + invoices + packing list & delivery note / orders / sales
VF Partners Reconciliation & management:
• Managing VF business partner back office team operationally.
• Communicating effectively with VF business Partners & ensure Full Awareness with any updates of products, bundles, Prices and services.
• Updating Partners & Periodic training to VF business partners to review all process and procedures they should follow in order to obtain profitable business unit & excellence operation Dept.
• Performing monthly reconciliation to partners & performing Quarterly inventory check to their WH.
Cash Management:
• Performing role of "main cashier" by receiving cash from 2 sub cashier.
• Delivering Cash to Amanco once / week
• Assuring no cash variance month over month
