Roles and Responsibilities
 Operation and maintenance of 11 KV substation including Oil type & Dry type Transformers, Circuit Breakers (VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, ELCB), HT and LT panels, Bus bar Systems and Power distribution networks.
 Auto & Manual Operation of D.G. sets up to 2250 K.V.A with PLC & Manual Synchronization systems.
 Maintenance of DG sets having capacity up to 2250 KVA.




 O & M of Electrical Machines especially Induction Motors and Starters like DOL, Star Delta etc.
 Monitoring & controlling all the Electrical and HVAC systems parameters through Integrated Building Management System (IBMS).
 Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment (Bio-reactor) Plant up to the capacity 400KL/Day.
 Operation and maintenance of Mega controller & PID based Hydroneumatic pump systems.
 Management of Operation and Maintenance of air cooled Chiller plant consisting of 9 chillers each having capacity of 350 TR.
 Ensure 24 smooth operations of HVAC equipments like primary pumps, secondary pumps, TSS pumps, Plate heat exchangers & Air handling units.
 Operation and maintenance of Thermal storage system. Tank each having capacity of 2200 TR.
 Prepares daily, weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance schedules of substation equipment and facilities.
 Preventive Maintenance Coordination and implementation of all Electrical & HVAC systems.
 Preparation of all Electrical readings and consumption analysis report.
 Project handover Process and Related Documentations
 Vendor Management.
